What families say

I can never repay you for the dedication, kindness, respect and dignity you gave my aunty in her time with you. She was a grateful lady, courteous too; I wish you had got the chance to meet the real person, We thank you from the bottom of our hearts, I can’t fault the dedication and care you provided her with , it was second to none, for this I thank you and will always be indebted to you.
From the family of late Ms Laura Whitmore

From the family of late Mrs Doris Proffit

Dear Mrs Kandola “We will never be able to thank you enough for the wonderful care that you and your staff gave to Jeff, the dearly loved brother to Sylvia and John and Uncle to Ann. We have only the highest regards and praises for all your staff across the board from management and office to carers and Nurses, Activities staff, Kitchen staff, Housekeeping & Maintenance staff.

Everyone has shown such compassion, kindness, Love and understanding towards not only Jeff but also ourselves, For the last four and half years Jeff lived in his final home feeling happy, Loved and part of an extended family. In addition you could not have done more for him to have kept him comfortable right up to his last day, for that we will be forever grateful to you all”.
From the family of late Mr Jeff Evans

To all the Staff Thank you all for making moms 90th Birthday a special occasion.
From Angela Sacco & Family

Dear Mrs Kandola I was rather frail when I came here from the acute ward at New Cross Hospital on January 18th 2016. With genuine kindness and confident ability to care blended with cheerfulness and good humour your carers have seen my situation really improve, so much so that on March 1st ( with the help of Physiotherapist ) I stood on my own two feet for the first time since the explosion at home on late December.

Further progress has been made; I can now walk the length of the corridor! Mr Thomas my consultant has been kept informed and as soon as I can walk safely in a slipper an independent life will be with in reach. I have been encouraged here by carers who have done over and above their job to owe them a debt of gratitude so any success I have will, in no small measure, be down to them. It would be unwise of me to single out any of your carers by name, but those who have regularly know who they are, all are good and some are exceptional.

The Nursing care I have received has valued and appreciated on a daily basis. I must also record my thanks to all the office staff, their cheerfulness, advice and encouragement have been welcomed. Iv appreciate the staff who have done some shopping for me or have just called in for a friendly chat.

Most of the unseen Eversleigh team of workers I shall never know, no doubt each one plays a part in the Eversleigh Care Centre experience. My Thank you to you all
Yours Sincerely Wendy Ayoub
